Our manufacturing unit is spread across a sprawling area and is fully equipped with latest machinery that are vital for quality production of our polyester thread, HDPE threads, cotton bag stitching thread, etc.

Our well developed infrastructure facilities is segregated into different departments to smoothly carry out the involved production processes. The departments that help us in our operations include procurement, quality checking, production, packaging, etc. Moreover, our unit is well equipped with latest technology based machines that enable us to meet production process demands on time.

Andhra Thread Corporation is known for manufacturing, trading and exporting qualitative threads. We have been able to build a trustworthy position by regularly inspecting the products on different quality parameters. We have a separate quality control department where various procedures are followed to maintain and enhance the quality of our products.

Our quality analysts conduct various tests on the raw materials before subjecting them to manufacturing. They keep a strict vigil on all the production processes till the final shipment of products.  Some of the parameters on which we test our packaging material and threads are: Strength, Durability, Color Fastness and Sturdiness. The manufactured products are safely stored in our well maintained warehouse facilitating us to cater to any bulk demand promptly.
